Hairy Orange I deny that I miss you Every single day I assure myself that I sent you on your way I feel happy with myself I stand up tall and proud I fight the urge to think of you Memories are not allowed I tell myself I’m better off That this was ment to be I tell myself I’m happy now That it was never really me I convince myself I hate you That you were never right But as the days wear onwards I think maybe I caused this fight Doubt coiled inside my mind I try to forget your face But even as I do this I’m filled with dark disgrace Our eyes never meet now Tension steals the air Heads turned firmly away Expression hidden under hair My mocking laughter echoes Mt taunts run high and dry Tell myself you want this Tell myself I needn’t try My days of revelation Are bitten to the bone By one simple day that Reminds me I am on my own I deny that I miss you I deny it every day But if I where to break this What would you say? I deny I miss you It keeps me right on track But no one really knows that I kind of want you back… |

I'm very curious as to how you came up with that title. Hairy orange? I don't know why, but I like it. As for your poem, it's good, but you've written better. Jesus loves you! Don't believe it? Then at least believe that I love you! I may not know you, but you're a person too, and you deserve to be loved. |
