Today I watch Watching, Waiting My foot searches for a clutch But there isn’t one for the taking I move gently forward I see a deadly crash I begin moving toward The light of heaven Suddenly I jerk up I believe it is all just a dream. I feel for my cup That is filled all with cream I take a long sip. But suddenly the scene changes. And I’m about to take a deadly dip. I watch myself It is all like a movie. I think of this And begin to get woozy |
