Reluctant Repose My eyes flutter as I undress the ceiling, searching for come cold seeping through its skin, but she shies away from my awkward gaze. The room rolls from side to side, pitched to and fro, left then right, right then left. All care is being taken to leave my mind blank. If only I could leave my mind then I might sleep. |
