So this is what it feels like,
to be standing next to you.
Waiting for the world to stop,
awed by the view.

I never will forget it,

Spending time in the sun,
talking of the past.

The sun with all it's laughter,
the moon with all it's tears,
I promise to always listen,
I promise I'll be here.

Forever and a day,
that's how long it'll be.
That's the amount of time
you'll mean the world to me.
