It hurts so much that I can't breathe. It hurts so much that I don't want to. It hurts so much that I can't speak and couldn't even if I cared to tell you. They fall like raindrops fall from heights. They fall on roses black with pain. They fall caressing shattered me; They fall and leave me tasting rain. They burn like embers on my skin. They burn; cuts pouring; gushing spurts. They burn; memos branded in my flesh; your memory dear because it hurts. Nothing is more painful than realizing he meant everything to you, but you meant nothing to him. (Unknown) |

Beautifully emotive. 'I feel like an animal, and I don't think that I get it. But one day I'll see you around.' |

They fall caressing shattered me; They fall and leave me tasting rain. Wow. I really liked the repetitive theme and the emotion deep in the words. So simple and yet they hide truth beyond those words. Beautiful. |
