I’ve never fallen this hard before
I never knew how this would feel
And I don’t know what to believe anymore
‘Cause nothing in my life seems real

There’s no one left beside me
I lost it all when i lost you
And, as I sit here praying for a sign
I tell everyone else I’m just fine

I’ve fallen back into my scarred past
I don’t know how to talk to anyone
And it scares me because I wonder
Where I’ll be when it’s all said and done

I remember the night you said
You’d always be right there
Laying next to me in my bed
But, did you ever really care?

I had myself convinced I was okay
Told myself I didn’t need anyone
But I realized something today
There’s nowhere left for me to run

Once again, you've managed to write a poem that tries to pierce my heart. It seems like the two poems that I've read of yours are echoes of my own mind and feelings.
