Regret Repent Ashamed Embarrassed All these words All these lines are over flowing inside of my mind each and every word is being repeated,I am here sitting against the locked door covering up my ears I still can hear everything whether my eyes opened or closed I still can see my memories as if they are playing a soap opera I don't want to see I don't want to hear I want it to stop please stop STOP! STOP! STOP! someone please take me away before i go instane I can't take it anymore I seriously can't I can't be free and let go I will always suffer and my heart will be in distress these feelings that are within me regret repent ashamed embarrased torment hatred jealousy sadness depression all of it overwhelmed my heart and myself and I always suppressed my feelings leading me towards despair |

Wow, this reminds me of the poems I write but never have the courage to post. I know that feeling all too well and you captured it marvelously. |

Oh and for a title what about Suppressed? I'm not much good when it comes to titles but that is the word that stuck out in my head when I read your poem. |

This is interesting...very expressive and thought provoking. I hope you find the freedom you seek. Thank you for sharing it. As for a title... I would call it Screams From Within. Good write.  Regret not that which you have done, |

thank you you should read more of my poems tht i just posted like the hot shower or the desert and i posted some in teen poetry and thanks for being my fan i have some more in my mind but i will get to it |
