there is am emptiness that seems to hangover me

it sucks me in and draws me near

my feet are slowly, slipping away

into darkness that smothers

unexplainable aches entangles me

into the depths of isolation

as the mind spirals in thick fog

heart pounding, shadows stretching

out, reaching to, calling

whispers of loneliness echoes,

it's just me
