holding the empty bird cage looking out over this world In the time that does not know to stand still my heart does not throb much Because it hurts I see you sometimes in a dream Flapping limpid wings In the endless world Ideals being bitter sweet Dreams and aspirations in truth I regret a little The memories that began walking away Rather than to love and lose sight of everything else I embrace a shadow when hungering for tenderness However Something makes me feel uneasy as the image begins to blur the proof of existence my immortal sadness it disappears with the wind as i wake up eyes searching I was surely looking for you Taking a deep breath I look up at the sky not knowing which way to look, I'd hold this feeling still Why? A good read, thanks! The question is rhetorical, I assume... |
