Here you are again just like always With your hurtful words and your awkward tongue Here you always are I flinch and I hide I hide and I cringe But I can't get away I never even had a chance I pretend and I imagine I imagine and I ignore But I can't get away Here your again just like always With your bumbling hands and your dirty, secret past Here you always are I rage and I stay I stay and I hate A little more with each time But I can't get away I never could Flinching and cringing Pretend and ignore I rage and I hate But only inside my heart Because I won't get away Never could Never have Never even had a chance You have me now just as you always have Like a child with a toy His favorite broken toy If I don't say it...who will? |

Thank you. You know how each piece you write has a special place and meaning - this one, for me, is especailly important because I've never said it before...I think it may be my favorite too If I don't say it...who will? |

The word choice that you employ and your structure were really impressive. |

I love it, especially how it all comes together at the end. Very touching. 'I feel like an animal, and I don't think that I get it. But one day I'll see you around.' |
