Whim a Write I take a chance to note this night that and from everything of which I write is of but dream from long ago is of or about a whim that had slowed; for I’ve been entrusted with several kind notes and those who wrote sent blessings of things, and lovely rings of circling friendship, light totes sincerely true, and yet something needed wings. For I write, even and then most when I dream. I read. It amazes me, the powers that be, of a writers’ stardom, grace, such royalty and those near or far, of high or low bar, those that read and then write, do so, faithfully. Some escape to a painfully sky-filled room with naught to hold but paper and pen; when in silk some take a moment of ill repute, to put thoughts to parched paper and then tell the world not all is light, and then in a fright they fear a void might come upon them; but no, not to this reader, for I delight in knowing when a writer comes forth, and then I admire greatly in a deeper sense of those who might write of a child’s delight for I fear my own childhood muse has taken his or her own great hike, I wonder where I might stand in writing poetry, as I sit with Poe & Twain, under mine own canopy. © 8-21-08 krj  " It matters not this distance now " Excerpt, Yesterday's Love ~*~ KRJ |

Please give them lots and lots and lots of pats and hugs and kisses from Auntie Di and friendly woofs from Daisy and friendly meeows from Tigger all the way from sunny South Africa.
