It doesn’t take long for Bones to know he’s never going to amount to nothing. He looks around. He’s surrounded by all sorts of trash in the street. Yeah, he knows it, that’s just what he is, common, ordinary, street trash. There’s no use trying, he’s not even going to bother to wash his face, or comb his hair. Winters coming, and he’s going to be cold. Bobby |

Bobby, I think Bones is the saddest person you have written about so far. I know he is doing well out there in the world some place, but this Bones -- well, I know his poetic end and I think it makes the poems even more heartbreaking. I like Bones. A |

Thanks dear Alison, All lives are a dice roll. I'm pleased that you like the poetic Bones. Both the real Bones, and the poetic Bones would like you. They were/are good friendly people. Love Bobby |

Perhaps Bones was here to teach the world compassion which would mean that he was not just trash but had a purpose in life. Ida |

Thanks dear Ida, You are correct. I think many people have "street trash" feelings about themselves from time to time. Everyone is valuable, and no one is street, or any type of trash. Love Bobby |

I have always believed that everyone deserves a certain level of respect. Even people like Hitler, Mugabe and Jeffrey Dahlmer - but they would only deserve the most basic - like not being physically kicked when knocked to the ground. Then there are people like Mother Theresa and Nelson Mandela who deserve the highest level. Those two would love Bones dearly and afford him a very high level of respect, and neither of them could be, or would be, wrong. - Owl |
