I'll have gas in mah tank
and mah good close on

Seriously, though, colloquiallisms are tricky...and dis one resounds to my N'awlins ears as from da Irish Channel...

Reminded me of the days when the end of the month was known as "Bean week."

I enjoyed this,made me laugh, Uriah. I never saw a real steak until I was grown, just round steak
chopped up to make it stretch for the whole family. Every week was "bean week"

(((Serenity))) naw, it aint as thick as..."wen dey wud no crawfish, we din eat no crawfish" but I did kinda ride it lack I tawk. ::smiles::
