You made my beloved trees, faint in their stiff winter postures, the bareback walls of your dim little room spackle, my crimson heart splattered, you turned alabaster into waterfalls of warm love hurricanes rising inside me the december air, cold of night revamped with red stilleto desire all that and more much more, all you tapped upon with the touch of your golden rod but it just wasn't me to be the one that you loved. Such vivid imagery and strong emotions, dear Michele! The conclusion has a bitter taste, but does one really know? Love, Margherita |

but it just wasn't me that you loved. And that's the hardest thing to accept... when there are no reasons WHY... there's just the finality. Excellent write! |

Dear inkedgoddess, to feel in love and feel the passion within just becomes second prize when the who your affection is for hardly knows your name. Love is a gift, often window shoping can get us down too you know. Have a great day my friend and take care. Enjoyed your write, it brought many thoughts. Rick |

I always see double entendres in your writing and am envious of that skill... "too bad ignorance isn't painful" |

"red stiletto desire" You are intense, sweet lady. And some just can't handle that. *shaking my head* "red stiletto desire" Now that's hot. |

An exquisite poem (as usual!)! My first reaction, was how on earth could any man you have a relationship with not love you? But I should have known, and didn't think enough, and then when I read Karen's response, I thought how could I have not realised it because - been there, done that - have a wardrobeful of the tee-shirts! It's tough, and it's a pity. I hope you meet (or have met since) somebody who is as intense and good and kind as you and is deserving of you. - Owl |
