On Me You Can Depend

Deep down you know
The friends who still care
Giving upmost support
They will always be there

We said friends forever
Long before you withdrew
Surely you must realise
The promise remains true

Know each passing day
I am always there for you
Offering a helping hand
As this is what friends do

Heartfelt prayers go out
Knowing in times of need
On me you can depend
In friendship I guaranteed
