Bones has no protection.  
He’s in the street alone.  

If someone threatens him,
and wants to beat him up,

he can’t go and holler
anything about getting
his dad to beat the guy up.  

No, he’s alone,
he takes care of himself.  

Bones is kind of
grown-up that way.  

Some people
grow up early that way.

They sure do.

I like the bones collections, because it is simple and easy to relate to.

The one where bones suckerpunches a punk is still my favorite. Makes me happy every time I think of it.
