. I can see Your eyes They’ve noticed I keep checking The watch Which in fact I rarely wear I am very Uncomfortable Of course With who it is You think you’re Speaking to . . . After all It’s been awhile The sun goes down On the lamp lit shore I can hear the ringing Of distant bells What’s the point Of talking about The good life We didn’t share And that was Only possible Because you Weren’t there . |
