the cry of freedom's clarion call drifts like seedlings in autumn's breeze it's heard by few, ignored by all a certain sound of clarity as busy is as busy does and those who go will so do while less remember that which was with lives of regret and sorrow too 'tis not discord that fills the land but chords of apathy are heard not sighs to be loosed from heavy bands as long as we can walk within our herds ask not what I can do, 'tis what I mean just find me a place where I can lean |
