. Each day Brings fewer leaves On the trees outside Those that remain Are brightly colored In the last moments Before they die There is An October chill In the air Along the shore No crickets sing The light fades To red and then To deepest blue As the sun Goes down . |

Reminded me of my old Chevy, that just rusted to a real pretty brown and slowly returned itself to the earth. It was a Chevy Nova. |
