I bet 100 bucks and lost everything, but to drink free of charge, to see faces and babes, to listen to the fast melody of gambling machines, and to abandon any shame made me a winner of the most precious prize: mythical pride and glorious happiness. I had to read this because Las Vegas is one of my favorite places. It's worth what I lose in the casinos to dance in the street and watch all the people. I'm glad I'm not the only one--you express my feelings well.Nan (Pilgrim variety) |

this reminds me when I went to the casino in Niagara Falls...hmm I sure didn't feel like a winner, but my best friend was! She wins the slots and lottery scratch off tickets...me? well, I am left with empty pockets  The only time we waste is the time we spend thinking we are alone. |
