Just Like Any Other His voice was damaged mud - he reviled in its imperfection using it like a drill to screw his point home. He wrote his own license for entitlement that the family was expected to cow to He drove a red pickup truck that was infinitely more ornate than his own home meticulously cared for His smile was sharks teeth filled or filed to make the sharpest point. I never crossed the street to avoid him but saw others do exactly that. He stalked weakness despised sheep and blew revelry with that booming voice. I looked down the street today and much to my surprise saw him washing his truck at every fourth house. |
