Bones clients treat him rough.

They hit him,
and do other rotten stuff.

Bones just smiles and takes it.
He has no other choice.

Somewhere along the line,
he’s developed a habit of eating.

Bobby

Bones has got it rough.

Was he, or is he (or she.) real?

Sorry to prod, me hearty.

Thanks Paul,

Bones is a composite of two old friends.  One is alive, and the other is now dead.

They both had very hard lives.

It's been a while since I last been here, and I must say that I missed bones and his life experiencies.
they always remind me, that one must be grateful with everything he has and always value friends and family.
along other 'teachings' those are the most important to me.

thanks.

Denis.

Paul,

The death of the Bones that died was especially tragic.  He got drunk one night, and somehow he fell down between the cars on the El, and was crushed to death on the tracks.  He was only about twenty years old.

The “El” of course is the old elevated rail system that we have here in Philadelphia.

I miss him everyday, and I've put up a plaque in his memory at my Mother of Divine Grace Church.

Thanks dear Denis,

I'm pleased that is the meaning that you have pulled from The stories.

tough experiences are suposed to make you stonger but i dont think anyone, especially not bones, should've had to go through such things.

Thanks dear Kanashe,

Perhaps they shouldn't have to go through those things, however, they do.

Love Bobby
