Hi Eric - I'm not sure if I understand this. If one "becomes" from a moment on another's lips (spoken) does that mean they weren't anything before? I'm having a senile moment perhaps.

In a sense yes, it does mean this. Although more in the sense that before the kiss of creation (a moment on God's lips metaphoricly speaking) we were no-thing but pure potentiality, literaly a part of God that passed across Divinity's lips and became. There is a Zen Koan that ask- what did your face look like before you were born? And another view is Quantum physics and the wave/particle example - before the Beloved speaks my name I am just "potential/wave Eric" and after spoken I am solidified/particle Eric".

Thank you, Eric. Yes, "First the Word" she says while tapping her head as if to dislodge the blockage to understanding. I think "someone" mumbled or stuttered when bringing me into existence but when it's all over I'll probably know that whoever or whatever did the best they could at the time. Thanks again.
