Days Of A Lifetime |

Take all the days of your lifetime And count them one by one. There are a lot of days in a lifetime When a lifetime is young. When you start at the beginning They seem endless year by year. But when you near the ending Far too few remain I fear. There are days to make you happy Days you will regret. Some you will remember And some you will forget. So take each day of your lifetime And make it all you can. For one thing that's for certain It can't be lived again. |

An old truth that needs to be brought to the surface now and then to remind us. Do not go gentle into that good night. |
