Out on these old cobble-stone streets of Philly, a guy like Bones can get beat-up really bad. That’s all right. A guy’s gotta do what a guy’s gotta do to make that bread, don’t you know? Well now, if you don’t know, that’s all right too. That just makes you part of the happy— gleeful majority. Do hang in there with that, and have a nice life. Bobby |

....and count your blessings. There are a lot of Bones out there who would gladly trade places with you. Nice writing... |

Your realistic poems are tough to absorb, dear Bobby, because the truth of such inhuman childhood becomes a heavy burden upon the conscience of whoever learns about it. But it is in bringing to the light situations like these that there might be a chance to create a better society where all this misery can be ended. Hopefully. Love, Margherita |

Thanks dear Margherita, The real, non-poetic Bones really does wish you well. His spirit and sense of humanity is really quite amazing. He’s a kind and generous person. Love Bobby |

I really don't think I'm part of the happy, gleeful majority (whatever that is) but I wish Bones well too. Ida |
