Shady character… And which arrogance, to allow to pout when he perceived me…. Which rudeness of the thought…. If he does not recognize my glance, he should know that I do not recognize myself in his, in his soft misery… By what right he authorized himself to judge me? Has he any culture? Has he seen Julianne Moore in front of her pharmacist in Magnolia? Sorry guy I cannot ignore judgements neither turbulences of thoughts… I’m human…. |

Dear Yann, like so many people "he" doesn't know our Yann, and he is the poorer for it, and yes, being human, judgement hurts, but Pip is a haven for hurting poets to find peace and catharsis, through the creation and appreciation of their art as you have done with this poem. I forgot to say that I particularly liked these lines: If he does not recognize my glance, he should know that I do not recognize myself in his, in his soft misery… and very particularly the last of those lines. - Owl |
