A Kiss Soft and full, they part to tease Lips so tender, eager to please Their loving fullness, as they brush My neck, my cheeks, colour as they flush Red and moist, soft lips excite Playful as they caress so light An exchange of passion, a show of love Tender kisses as mouths together move A playful arousal of your senses and mine Tongues flicker and dance as they entwine Discovering, probing deep inside Warm and dark, together they glide A wet, moist awakening that is shared Tasted and felt as passions are bared Feelings caress, stimulate, arouse A kiss that’s felt as deep as we allow |

This is great. It describes kissing someone so well. Normally, we think of kissing and just automatically relate to what follows- but this really focuses on the kissing itself and how much of a connection it is. Awesome write!!! |

It is interesting when you think of all the reasons why we kiss; we kiss our loved ones, we kiss "to make it better", we kiss to make up, we kiss hello, we kiss goodbye, we kiss good morning, we kiss good night, we kiss living people, we kiss dead and dying people - and we kiss to betray. Well done for a well written poem. (Hmmmm... there's a poem there somewhere) Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Dylan Thomas |
