Angelo’s a tough guy,
but everyone knows that.

He’s not too tough to talk
with a little kid in a wheel chair
on the playground.

The kid gets wheeled out on the playground,
and he’s forgotten for a while by his guardian.

Angelo and his friends
always make sure someone
on the playground is around him
to engage him in conversation.

I guess the whole crowd out there
is just about as tough as hell—
most especially that kid in the wheelchair.

Bobby

Not everyone would see who the tough kid really is.

Even tough guys have a heart, no doubt, dear Bobby!

Enjoyed this glimpse into Angelo's true nature.

Thanks dear Margherita,

Yes, Angelo always was a "White Hat Guy", which means a good guy around here.

Since I've been gone for awhile from PIP, I don't
think I've met your Angelo. You know what, though?
I like him.....
Hugs,
Ethel

Bobby - I was just perusing - Angelo is such a smart kid.  The kid in the wheelchair probably is the toughest.  I hope he knows how tough he is.  Loved this one...

Thanks dear Graeshine2006,

Yes, the weelchair kid is way tough.  He knows he's different, even though he knows he belongs here in the hood, he is one of "US".  It's hard for him.
