Was a fifth into the season when your walls became cluttered with backgrounds of cartons, the leafless dark windows crying out for their christening you were fresh to the town pants frayed and loneley eyed, slowly unpacking the storms of a past life I gave you 5 candles a brown bag of yuengling and 2 or 3 ribbons of welcome and come dance with me we spread our desires on the scratched parquet floors where we chisled my heels as I nailed on all fours i guess I slept late when the crosswinds blew round again in a courting of foliage in the color of carnivals as I froze in those months of cold moons and brisk symphonies when we spackled our portraits in the blanks of the ink spots and my tippy toe pleas of 'stay warm' and keep in touch with me" but it halted on walls, waterwashed in lukewarm though im wishing mood, whimsical about painting them pretty, all dots reconnected in a summertime sizzle. Ah .... "i gave you 5 candles a brown bag of yuengling and 2 or 3 dashes of welcome and come dance with me" That, m'lovely, is the grandest welcome. It's been so long since I've had some of that, I may have to MOVE--near you. Beautiful! |

Michinki. You unbutton the windows with bare fingers that still taste like you just licked them. A treat to read your wounds! |

i guess I slept late when the crosswinds blew round again in a courting of foliage in the color of carnivals as I froze in those months of cold moons ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Especially love those lines up there. You and your writing gets better all the time. Nice one, good goddess~ |
