My Birthday The Year 2008 Well! Will you looky here- Another year running down the hallway of birthday cakes and pretty ribbons- Just ribbons, ya know, no presents. If you all are a wonderin’ I’m 39 again. Now .......I’m the same age as my son- Next year he will be older then me. Now bein’ a man he does not agree- But you gals understand what I’m a talkin’ bout. Another bottle of Clairol to cover those lighter shades- HeeHee Don’t ya think that was a neat way to get around GRAY! A few more pounds that’s a stickin’ like glue- While a twenty year old, a hot chicky mama, is a tellin’ me how easy it is to lose. Wait until .......she’s...... 39 again. I still have all my teeth and my other body parts- A few are missing, but I’m sure no one will notice. A friend of mine is a makin’ me a birthday cake- I sure do hope she don’t put all them thar candles on the silly thing Cause the fire department will be a comin’ for sure. Now ya all can sing me a song- But please don’t be traditional. Ya all can sing, let me see now...... Wild Thing, Get Over It, Wastin’ Away In Margaritaville or Goin’ On a Sea Cruise.
