An Effigy Sandals slap the pavement, every step leaving oblivion in their wake. Looking back I see nothing to show I’d ever been there, like yesterday is trailing behind me, obliterating today. Sandals slap the pavement. Everything will look different with the next step, marking a moment, then deleting it as if it had never existed. Jwesley, This reminds me so much of the old bucket of water and the hand dipping in it. Once the hand leaves, you would never know it was there. It's a good description of life. You have done excellent work on this one. Bobby |
