Today was a fine March day
that blew the last few days away
and cleared the way for thoughts of spring.
As I listened to the wind chimes ring
and watched the willow's wild, spring dance
against a stormy sky enhanced
by shafts of light that broke through clouds
while the willow took her final bow.

This makes me think of sitting somewhere in a field of flowers taking in the elements of nature. Very calming and peaceful. Thanks for the moment

Thank you all for your kind words. I love the wind and I wrote this poem on a lovely, windy day that followed a couple of days that had been rather annoying. The day just seemed to clear the air.
