Would that I could find a way in words, in verse, in song, to say a thing I wish to say and quickly, not be long, express undying gratitude for me, for one and all, for colors in the foliage surrounding us this fall, for Life and Love and Fellowship, and for a woodcock's call, and for the chance to celebrate just being here, at all. |

Being here, indeed... I'm happy to celebrate the simplest of things - like the written word. Well done, kind sir.. |

A second welcome from me, Mr. Pease. "Would that I could..." I know somewhere in the archives there resides a poem with just those very words in it... I have always appreciated someone who would, if they could... I hope you will have some pleasure in reading other poets here, and giving them some insight if they have their critique window open, your sound advice on just what to expect as a published poet. My regards... Sunshine " It matters not this distance now " Excerpt, Yesterday's Love |
