When my eye catches a glimpse of twinkle I get my jar and net, ready, set go. A story that no time can make wrinkle Gently, careful, keep her wings safe and stow. All evening I chase around the yard. The catch, the hunt, the thrill saves the appeal. We dance, fly, swirl 'round stars; song of a bard. A wailing heart 'forenight can only heal. A gathering of such sight and wonder In a jar where others glow more dull, You shine so vibrant the others just ponder A ray's light set in mind, you are of few. |

FierceTenacity. Thanks, a female inspired me to write "Firefly". i gave it to her, she loved it, but didnt want to be my lady :/ oh well, the inspiration is still flowing. I plan on write a 2nd and 3rd installment as well, also in iambic pentameter. |
