It's easy writin' poetry,
I do it all the time,
It's usually quite silly,
And I'm lucky if it rhymes.

Most of my crap is senseless,
My conversations too,
Some say that I'm incorrigible,
(In fact there's quite a few).

I usually don't have much to say,
In fact it's almost every day.
But criticism 'don't' get me down,
I'm as good at saying nuthin', as anyone around.

My teachers they all loved me,
I musta' been their favorite,
They were always coming over,
And talking to my parents.

They were at my house,
More than I at school,
Notes to home for 'autographs'
They must have thought me cool?

Now I are more smarter
With children of my own,
My daughter is an angel,
My son's another TOE!!
(Oh Woe)

Now ya know me better,
And it's the Lord's revenge
What comes around-now goes around,
And I'm payin' for my sins!!

Loved it! Reminded me of something my mentor used to say to me with a wink - "Everyone cries for justice, but we should really ask for mercy."
