Unspoken is this desire
to trace the curves of life
joined in the lingering
of speech spoken

in the softest of sighs

where realized
are souls binding
and thoughts are tethered
in lasting embrace.

Dreams remain
in the shadows
of fingertips touching.

Lightly draw the breath
from my chest
and fill me with the song

of your rhythm,
your rhyme

as we are defined
in form of silhouettes

lost,

in time.
