Sometimes life brings us to a fork The end of the line for something old And the beginning of something new The moment we choose a road… Is this the time now… Has the fork been reached… What road to chose, which way to go The old road has so many holes Promises meant to be broken Dreams shattered by selfishness Words not really meant, Just meant to appease a needy heart A new dream awaits The moment a road is chosen Words may mean something On this new road… The possibility of promises being kept The question is….. most times now I just go and not even think about it waste of time to stand there and ponder which way the road is going to lead to where you are meant to be anyhow |

Nice writing...I believe it is rare when we come to a life changing fork...but at that time it is of great importance that we make the best choice...as the right choice will be smoother for us, not perfect or trouble free mind you, but smoother...life is about choices and consequences...James |
