Forever In Your Heart

0 posted 2008-07-03 07:08 AM

Yesterdays song still plays,
so often a breeze of you,
enters into my being,

Blue pages, are now blue,
filled with so many words,
somehow they are still empty,

It is this very month,
like a shooting star,
falling from night sky,

You fell into my landscape,
slowly planted your roots,
into the rich soil of my heart,

Sometimes when the day fades,
night fall begins to enter,
still You walk into my dreams,

Every morning, hope arises,
only for the rain to pour,
you are still absent,missed,

In the shadows of unknown,
my soul senses your near,
sometimes if just reading,

My heart knows, you stop by,
for once it is in you,
you cannot let go,

You are here, hidden,
with an unkown name,
in mysterious disguise,

You a shinning shooting star,
fell into my heart,
our love, a supernova,

Whose light flamed hot,
fast, passionate, blinding,
burning out before its time.

Everyday I have hope,
somehow that star will fall,
once again from the night sky.

Passionately written. The ending three stanzas ties it all together into a beautiful wish upon a star.

fine graphics image!...

I am particularly fond of the ending
of this 'write':

"You a shinning shooting star,
fell into my heart,
our love, a supernova,

Whose light flamed hot,
fast, passionate, blinding,
burning out before its time.

Everyday I have hope,
somehow that star will fall,
once again from the night sky."

an effective mix of "everperson's-love dejavu"
and honest personal experienced emotion!

Passionate, poignant and beautiful are words that came to mind when I read this piece.

Such longing just has no right to go unrequited.

Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even to the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
