A very good sign |

A lady holds court with her own thoughts and bedecks them with wishes and needs but to bring them more in line with the times she adds on a dream or two. She offers each one a sip from her glass for within is the wine of her mind and she watches and waits impatiently to see if the taste is alright. Some frown, some sigh, some cry; could it be her mind’s gone awry and so perhaps a cup of tea brewed from her essence of feel. Within is the heat of passion, desire, and it takes some time to imbibe but time she has got to watch the clock though restless she feels inside. Finally then she throws in the towel for they’ve made a mess of her heart but warm, so warm, the feeling inside that she knows it’s a very good sign. And the moral of the story is if you want to go, go, with a very good sign entertain your thoughts with a cup of tea brewed, of course, from the essence of feel! Helen / 30 June 2008 |

quote: Passion is lived best without a clock I guess ... I do love your poetic visions, dear Helen. The restlessness is a very clear message too. Very nice write! Love and hugs. Margherita |

Thanks Midnitesun! Yes, the poetic posting process but very much more as well. It could in fact apply to all and everything that we happen to be thinking about because the mind without the feel (heart) can certainly go awry - "me" thinks. |

Dear Margherita - "Passion is lived best without a clock" - you are absolutely right! I've been restless before but never more so than now. Perhaps everything is more intense and meaningful the second time around. Helen |

Dear, dear, Helen, this was so great. Your poems always have so many different meanings to me. Always so very complex, and intricate in their making. I hope this review finds you very well and in great spirits. Take great care! Richy |

Thank you, Brett, glad you enjoyed. RCL - "Who else knew what a potent brew That tea could be Seeped from a power real, The essence of feel." Yeah - that's how to write real poetry! I need an editor. Richy - Thank you for your gracious reply which finds me well although a little bit unsettled. Helen |
