THE RUT OF THOUGHT a flying fish leaves the ocean and sees a pelican leave the sky, and I watch like a great whale dreaming of the forest thought is a highway through the forest; a highway through the forest is a rut; thought is a rut only the forest knows the forest; the mind is the forest only the ocean knows the ocean; the mind is the ocean only the sky knows the sky; the mind is the sky the mind knows nothing poetry podcasts, blogs and[ photopoems at URL= http://anthonyarmstrong.ca |

Very thought provoking ~ Our minds cannot contain the vast intelligence the earth yet has to offer, I believe there is a cure for cancer etc. It is here, maybe in the rain forest, maybe deep deep into the ocean? But If we the humans destroy plants, animals, of the rain forest, etc, we could be destroying a hope for our future, maybe there was a plant that could have already ended cancer, but we have used it for someting materialistic... just my thoughts.... |
