So Much I Have Gained

Having a clear conscience
I will continue being me
No matter what happens
Evasive I never need to be

I am sure I will write more
Having no need to hide
Its always good to know
I have friends by my side

Being okay with who I am
My heart remains true
I shall be there to share
With those friends I value

While on the journey of life
So much I have gained
By sharing love and light
True friendships remained
