My bike and a car in an accident we met,
My manager is on leave, sick leave,
I didn’t get lunch to eat, in the rain I got wet,
Escalations pouring in, I can’t believe.

My shoe lace got cut,
Questioning emails being sent,
Sitting for long I have pain in my butt,
I hope you understand how the day went.

Hundreds calls I had to attend,
I don’t know why things are happening this way?
I wish today should soon come to an end,
I am having a real bad day.

"Hardwork pays in the long run"

Let me start off by saying how nice it was to see your charming, smiling face!

Prasad, I am certainly glad that you 'lived to tell the story'!!! Close call, there! Sorry about your bike ~ but glad you were able to at least get a poem out of the ordeal! ~ A sign of a true poet!

Giving you a warm, healing hug,

Linda

Thanks Linda, I am glad you liked my picture. Lot of high beam lights were required to make me look like this. Yeah true, I am happy that I made a poem out of it. Thanks for the healing hug.
Thanks Ida, these bad days are really bad sometimes. At least they made a good poem for me. I am glad you liked it. Prasad

Nice to meet your charming smile, dear Prasad.
As this was about yesterday, surely today was a sunny day?

... "this too shall pass" is a good attitude to cope with bad days, I enjoyed your heartfelt poem.

Love,
Margherita
