The guiding anger and hatred builds slow, melancholic bells play with such flow, the waves guide across my palms in this hour, and graces my skin with such great power. My hands write about such misfortunes, though, confusion leaving me in sleepless Lo. So I'm writing this, with tiresome hands, even some of these phrases I don't understand; suddenly, my eyes roll back, and I see, visions of what has just happened to me, Like a movie, these visions are credits, but these are motion pictures you can't edit. I then awake, this was just a decree my mind is reminding me, I am free |

Dear Angel, Whatever else is going on, Angel, this seems to be a serious step forward for you in your writing. Do you have access to a library with modern poetry in it? I think you might get a sense of community from reading some of the modern American women writers as well as the modern american writers in general. I like Maura Stanton who's been publishing books since about 1971. I'm catching up on her recently. Emily Dickinson may be one of the two or three greatest American writers ever, bar none. Look for editions of her books that are punctuated mainly with dashes, though " — " and not with regular punctuation. She wrote it mostly with those dashes, and idiots came along later and put in periods and other more regular punctuation. It's a little more complicated than that of course, but not too much. Exciting piece of writing! Yours, BobK. |

Thanks BobK, I appreciate all the help you're doing for me. I'll see what I can do with a library, I'm in the city where it's very old so idk if there is a library or not >.> |

Dear Angel, Do you know Poemhunter? It turns out you can pretty much get all Emily Dickinson's stuff for free. Here is the link. http://www.poemhunter.com/emily-dickinson/ Browse, read, talk to people about what you think, especially to the women poets here and to women friends. Keep up your writing. My best, BobK. |

I love everything about this poem - the art, the honest self-analysis (which is imperative to self-healing, the best kind of healing), the logical path leading gradually to a conclusion of glorious light! - Owl |

Oh, and what I left out, but liked the most, was the DEALING with the results of the self-analysis! - Owl |
