sometimes I pray for a turn of the page when you open up chapters you've lived I hear small voices surface their rage I know you're still not over him. I know the feelings had them myself but you'll have to give'em up sometime. someone hurt you they hurt as well but you've gotta leave the pain behind chorus: I know breaking up has left you weak your heart on a limb in a forest of needs but if you look through branches of hope you'll see me I'll throw you a rope I'll pull you to a place next to me Give you love in that forest of needs. if you're not in love you know how it's goes I won't deny the past can be harsh but I'm not afraid to challenge your soul cause there's another start in every heart if I can revive the love that you hide I know your faith'll warm up again. but I'm not beyond the truth in time if it hurts me I'll understand. chorus: I know breaking up has left you weak your heart on a limb in a forest of needs but if you look through branches of hope you'll see me I'll throw you a rope I'll pull you to a place next to me Give you love in that forest of needs. I'll get behind the hope in your mind and I'll let you put me to the test, cause I'm way beyond a mere compromise and I'm spendin time with interest Sometimes I feel that caution's untrue sometimes I feel that I should rush in.
