Diamond dust is drifting down, Silver screen draped up high Glistening gems on my nose Crystal chimes in the sky As winding winds string the trees Woodwinds in a simple manner A chilly cape is wrapped across me, As this dust falls upon me, Touch my bones with gentle affection Alone I sit here on this stump Alone aside from this diamond dust A gift from my somber lover. Hold me, my snow, my lover. You who do not scorn me, Beyond such frivolous things as pain. How I wish I could be like her! To be above the human mind To ride across the world on wind, To trail white blankets with me, To wear thick capes and silver drapes To hold grey eyes like rolling clouds, Mixed with Diamond dust. |

"Hold me, my snow, my lover. You who do not scorn me, Beyond such frivolous things as pain." Liked this best, but enjoyed it all |
