A Shaded Hope:

Again I'll lift my shattered soul,
from yet another fallen failure.
Despite the selfpity I'll penance,
and the life of sin I'll never redeem;
it's within the midst of this unrelenting torture,
this truculent nightmare I'll forever endure,
that I scruple to ultimately conclude, regardless...
That I will forever persevere.
