While the Taliban were Away When the Taliban come here tomorrow, they're not going to like what happened here today, because some of the local villagers talked to American soldiers while the Taliban were away. In a war you have to take sides, day by weary day the villagers do what they must to survive. Who's a friend, who's a foe, sometimes nobody knows, and the best choices for the moment are made to survive, wanting nothing more than to stay alive. JamesLee 07May 2008 |
