Crystalline passageways; Chilling breezes swiftly cutting through. An icy detour through the infinite tundra Frostbitten wildlife, panting with frustration, A sea of white constricts my pupils. Stinging the back of my eyes Snow never seeming to relent As I pass under an ice ridge. It begins to crack. I scurry as fast as I can, Barely escaping the frozen shrapnel. Lying on my back, Turning to view the shattered pieces My whole life flashes before my eyes. Almost a story in my mind, The sheer terror of the situation Didn’t even overwhelm me. I was at peace with myself. In this glacial labyrinth |

Vividly descriptive! Brrrrr! I'm glad that I already had a piping hot cup of hot chocolate on my computer desk!!! A compelling, contemplative write! Very much enjoyed! Like fine wine, you're getting better and better! Bravo! Linda |

nicely done...there is a definite chill in the air with phrases like this: "Crystalline passageways; Chilling breezes swiftly cutting through. An icy detour through the infinite tundra Frostbitten wildlife, panting with frustration" |
