antiquarian philology in unread texts
ancient languages in formal scripts
hiding the truths of long lost masses
divisive in spirit, cloven in classes
declaring decadence of fallen times
residual reporting in second-class rhymes

dust settles in crevasses deep
as that which is sown begins it reap

and hallowed history regrettably repeats

You are truly a master craftsman in verse and there is always so much to learn from you words that I tend to read them over and over to discover more.

You have a way with words Steaven. Your rhymes are impecible and the entire feel of the poem is brilliant I especially loved the first stanza.

Kudos,
J
