I'm walking through a battle within my memories visions of pain and violence without a remedy without a cure I sit back and recall these painful memories that keeps my mind at a stall. As these memories flash through my illusionary projector I try to forget these things, rather then remember because I hate these memories, I just want them to die every time they appear in my head, I sit on my bed and cry. It's like I'm writing my life in permanent marker, so I can't erase mistakes if just one stray mark happens, my future is at stake if I mess up a little, I can't go back and do it again and I messed up big time, ever since I was 10. I'm confused and scared for what the future entails I feel like I'm a package going into retail getting shipped to some unknown land where I do not belong for everything that I've done for my life at this point, has been wrong. No matter what I write this grief will not end, it doesn't matter how long I spend spilling my heart threw this ballpoint pen I will just never be the same again. I will end this poem, without a sequel or moral, for sooner or later, I will no longer be mortal [This message has been edited by xTr3m3sT (04-17-2008 07:52 AM).] |

To acknowledge what had happened in life and try to accept it and gradually put them away in the back of mind. Something in life may forever printed in memory. It might serve as a boundary pole so one will never get hurt again in that spot. Very good poem. felt the struggling. |

Memories can be directional signs; the good and the bad can keep us going or warn us it is time to turn around. Use them don't let them abuse you. Thanks for sharing and keep writing, it helps it all make sense. sharyn |
